Positive: I have returned to this hotel on many occasions over the years now and that is for a good reason. The customer service has improved a lot from the moment of checking in until checking out. In addition, the food from the restaurant is excellent, the rooms are good, the room entertainment is good, the room service is good, the rooms are always clean, and the swimming pool is very nice and the Wifi is now fantastic so long may that continue. Excellent Hotel and a top recommendation!
Negative: There is nothing that I didn't like on this occasion, but if pressed, maybe some upgrades for the fitness / gym room.

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at Wali’s Suites. Everything was just right - the comfort, cleanliness, atmosphere, and service. It felt calm, welcoming, and well put together, making my time in Abuja truly enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Positive: I love how attentive and helpful the staff were. Kingsley at the reception deserves a pay raise. He was very very helpful. Thankful to him!
Negative: Urghhhhhhhhhh the restaurant is an absolute mess. Food was never served fresh. And outrageously expensive. I hated the food. No meal was served that was fresh or tasty.
Summary: It was my second time there. The first time was an exceptional experience, however my second stay. A lot need to be done

Negative: The food was badly cooked. The roof of the dining were licking. My room was beside a club or the hotel had a rooftop club I couldn’t sleep Nevis the club closed at 3am on a Sunday. Meanwhile I was going to work on Monday morning. Just about when I wanted to find dine sleep the mosque started at 4am. It was horrible. I didn’t sleep one bit
